honestly I think dropping the commander effect and willing to serve will make this another piece people on bloomilk look at and go, "Legacy just keeps getting it right with these simple, yet elegant designs."

I can get on board with dropping that specific CE but I feel as the Battle master a CE might be warranted. Willing to Serve is important to me as it shows his devotion to Uniter and should get his Ce, drop his attack to 9 and he maxes at a 12. Maybe give out something along the lines of stable footing as a CE.

I don't know how others feel but a battlemaster to me is just someone who does battle.
but anyway I am changing his ce to stable footing and play testing some mandos soon

can battle plan increase range by 2. raising it 3 makes the range a 7. kind of not ever seen, a range of 7

Well when I made the entire block if you recall rallying call was Range 3. PT suggestions were to make it range 4. The purpose of the Battlemaster was to make it Range 6 with his +3 to the origional stat block of 3 squares. I am ok with making it increase by 2 because 6 was my intention with the combination of the two pieces to begin with. Though Range 7 is kind of cool because it's new lol.
