Pulse Cannon, ugh, lol. He seems fine. I think his attack should be a 10 at least. All the other Dash's get that high with their own boosts. 33pts is a lot for a 9 attack. 10-12 range fits well I think since it doesn't have strafe.

I hate vehicles but I don't see anything you can abuse him with? maybe as a swap piece, but he is awful exspensive and I don't know if any other larges are worth swapping in...

another Renegade to semi help renegade builds, this chick is a technician, slicer, and communications expert.
thought this might work well because if you want to use communication scrambler it might be hard to use hacker.
and vica versa
