Feel like this piece needs something more. Right now he cost more than the wotc Dash and does less. Maybe twin?

definitely not twin.
Cannot be doing 60 damage before any other character activates with master shot.
Trade offs from other dash.
This guy has better def and attk
His atk gets a boost to 15 when needed
dmg boost of 10 gets this guy to 30, dash dmg boost gets him to 20.
This guy can deal 60 a turn with accurate shot.
Dash can deal 80 a turn with Movement.
Dodge is better than evade.
I'd say he looks good for cost.
If anything was added it should not be damage or atk rating imo

Yeah there is no way I would give him Twin, not with Leia being able to pop him.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. This guy scares me. A czerka and him can activate anyone. He can activate anyone on his turn, and can also activate someone when Leia pops him. I'm especially worried about him and old school Han together. With New Luke and Yoda Dagobah, I don't like Gamblers luck with him and Master shot/quick shot. Just seems your getting a great package and some serious act control (with Czerka) I'm just not afan of another strong shooter in this ffaction.

gotcha. ya two really good shooters with activation and yoda is alot.
if han his someone with power blast and jolt, that's two saves as well right?

tbh I really think quick shot should only be on the best of the best. something I don't think dash accomplished.
honestly I don't see the point of making a new dash, the 28 point piece is great and is one of the favorite wotc pieces. kind of like jarael.
would hate to outshine that dash.
do you want to help me make the renegade squadron?
I have no idea what to do with yoda in this faction, same boat, how do I out shine a good design?

Rebels have way to many GOOD options to make this guy good. Unless you restrict him to a specific thing I say not to Quick Shot, Gambers Luck, Blast Cannon, and Master Shot.
Gamblers Luck Ensures that with a 15 attack your gonna stick the guy you want. Blast Cannon is the best damage boost a shooter in our game can have, Quick shot is just ridiculous because now this guy can shoot before any activation, shoot on his turn, AND be popped by Leia. (And can use Gamblers Luck on all 3 of those) So his damage with Leia and Blast Cannon is 30 before any activates. 30 on his turn, and 40 with Leia (100) Why are we trying to make shooters this good? I can't find Master Shot but I think it replaces turn and they can shoot anyone they want?
Tone this guy down, Rebels are already good as is, another option that can drop 100 damag is CERTAINLY not needed

And to you Jenari don't try and outshine a piece! Make a unique piece designed for a specific reason! make this Yoda Teach look something and only playable with a NEW LUKE( then we can make a new Luke to go with Yoda) THINK OF THE FUTURE WHEN YOU DESIGN!

haha I would not try to outshine the yoda, I would try to offer a different design. the things I came up with that represent yoda ate some form of force spirit ability, some ability where he trains as luke, thinking about how to bbc.co represent the dark cave, etc
