While I like the mindset behind Invasion and would like to see the conquering feel put into this character, I really do not like putting so much into a map roll. A bonus like that brings it down to a 50/50 chance of getting an advantage for the rest of the match, with no rerolls or counters. I think either he should give out the buffs without dealing with the map roll, or not at all. I'm not even really a fan of having Hunter trigger on map roll loss either. Balancing a maproll-based ability is akin to balancing with an ability like Sith Hunter.

What I do not like about Hunter is it just covers everything. They will get plus 10 damage on (whatever it is they choose) for the rest of the game. Personally I prefer things to be a bit more conditional. Like Advantageous. But I can take it or leave it. If you prefer Hunter. We can do that. Me and Craig PT'ed this guy and he certainly wasn't an NPE or anything. He didn't seem broken or anything like that.
Jen'ari can give better thoughts here on Cassus as he is the one who played him. I'm not big on Mandos so my feedback is pretty limited.

Should Invasion work if Mandos win Map roll instead of losing? To me that speaks more to the Mandos invading someone, which is what the Mandalorian Wars were all about. Not them being invaded. Which to me is what the ability depicts in it's current form.

Which to me is what the ability depicts in it's current form. I see it the other way around. If you lose map roll, then you'll probably play on your opponents "home" map. therefore you'd be invading their territory. Maybe invasion could acctivate if you play on the opponents map. That way even if you win map roll, you get to choose if you want to have the abilities yet give your opponent the map which best suits his squad
